To analyse and appraise the range of skills and methods, and techniques that can be applied to being accepted as a professional standard of business partnering.
To utilise a range of approaches of investigation and examination to routine problems and issues, the business partner will support and operate enhanced delivery requirements.
The business partner will be able to choose and apply a range of communication, and influencing skills in both familiar and unfamiliar contexts that support the change requirements that are being planned.
The business partner will be able to operate and apply effective outcomes by organising and engagement of tasks, activities, proposing solutions, and responses to defined routine problems.
